As you can see from my previous entries, we definitely love to eat! One of the most satisfying meals has to be a home cooked one. Some days I cook from Jean Georges book, and other days I prefer something Asian. Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, you name it, I can cook it! Btw…all of these ingredients can be found at Mitsuwa, Nigiya, or Murakai (Japanese grocery stores).
Soooo, today for dinner, here is what I cooked:
Cold Tofu, topped with daikon, ginger, bonito flakes, and japanese chives (nira)
Organic Green Tea Soba Noodle, topped with toasted seaweed & served w/warm dipping sauce
Broiled Hamachi Kama (Fish) w/citrus ponzu sauce
